  • About the Role
  • Looking for an HR Operations Executive to manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, including payroll support, statutory compliance, and HR data management. The role also requires visiting client sites for HR audits, documentation, and compliance-related activities as needed.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Handle employee onboarding: documentation, verification, induction, ID creation and HRMS / system entries.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Support monthly payroll processing by collating attendance, leaves, and salary input data and resolving basic payroll queries.
  • Assist in ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity and other applicable labour laws) in coordination with internal teams/consultants.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities such as offer and appointment letters, confirmations, transfers, letters, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate and complete exit formalities including resignation acceptance, clearance, documentation, F&F coordination, and scheduling exit interactions.
  • Prepare HR MIS, reports, and audit data for internal and external HR/compliance requirements.
  • Travel to client branch/plant/field locations for HR audits, employee document verification, and statutory compliance checks as required by clients.
  • Candidate Profile
  • Graduate (preferably in Human Resources / Commerce / Business Administration or related field).
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR operations / HR executive / payroll support role (freshers with relevant internship can also apply).
  • Basic understanding of HR operations, payroll process, and statutory compliances will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and good documentation skills; exposure to HRMS/HR software preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willing to travel to client locations for HR audits and related assignments as per business requirement.
