Role Overview:

The Food Technologist will be responsible for developing and improving products, ensuring consistent quality, managing shelf life and stability, and supporting day-to-day production with clean-label, real-ingredient formulations.

Key Responsibilities :

·    Develop and improve product formulations for bars using clean, kitchen-friendly ingredients.

·    Run trials and adjust recipes for taste, texture, binding, and overall stability.

·     Conduct daily QC checks on moisture, water activity, rancidity, weight, texture, and sealing quality.

·    Monitor and improve shelf life through real-time and accelerated stability studies.

·    Troubleshoot production issues during roasting, mixing, cooling, and packaging.

·     Evaluate raw materials and suppliers by reviewing COAs, certifications, and compliance.

·     Maintain documentation including batch records, formulation logs, and QC/QA reports.

·    Ensure regulatory and hygiene compliance as per FSSAI, FSMS, and GMP standards

Who Should Apply:

·    Candidates with a background in Food Technology/Food Science and 1–2 years of hands-on experience in R&D, QC, or production.

·    Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

·     Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.

·    Work closely with founders and gain exposure to real FMCG expansion
