Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Food Technologist to join our Quality Assurance team. The candidate will be responsible for implementing food safety protocols, conducting material inspections, ensuring accurate lab testing, and maintaining thorough records as per internal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Safety Management:

  • Monitor hygiene practices on the production floor and ensure compliance with food safety norms.
  • Maintain accurate records related to hygiene audits and corrective actions.
  • Conduct and document analysis of Raw Material (RM), Packaging Material (PM), and Finished Goods (FG).

Material Inspection:

  • Perform inspection and clearance of all incoming raw and packaging materials.
  • Record inspection details and maintain traceability.
  • Conduct and document Incoming Container Inspections.

Calibration Activities:

  • Carry out daily calibration of lab instruments including pH meter, refractometer, and weighing balances.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to calibration schedules.

Laboratory Work:

  • Conduct and report Batch Analysis for products and maintain associated records.
  • Perform Sensory Analysis and Water Quality Tests including pH, hardness, TDS, and chlorine levels.
  • Prepare and handle chemical solutions as required for lab testing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or export units
  • Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and ISO standards preferred.

Key Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
