Role & responsibilities

1) Handle the job-related record & reconcile party wise accounting transactions for general ledger, co-ordinate with customer, verify their data & record transactions in accounts. Process of supplier payment.

2) Preparing bank receipts & overall control in accounts receivable including follow-up with customer, preparation of debit & credit note.

3) Check accounting records with supporting documents and internal policies, group heads of accounts & create of masters in system as per local and group requirement.

4) Classify & verify accounting records as per tax rule, Reconciliation of various tax records with accounting records with filing of periodical returns, for GST return GSTR1, GST3B data to maintain proper records & returns as per applicable tax acts, rules & regulations.

5) Collection of payment of sugar, sanitizer, ash, compost, distillery

6) Coordinate with customer & management, approval for sales invoicing

7) Preparation GSTR 1 data & GSTR3B data, DO for sugar & by product of sugar

8) Daily stock account maintain & daily report to management.

9) Preparation & generate of GST invoice, excise invoice, export invoice, rejection invoice & scrap invoice, generation of E-way bill, E -invoicing in govt portal.

10) Sale & purchase of sugar commodities, monitoring data management to keep accurate product, contract, pricing & invoicing information.

11) Maintaining records related to Sale & Stock, negotiating contracts to reduce costs & achieve maximum efficiency.

12) Maintaining all location outward operation, warehouse wise stock on daily basis & take physical stock once in month/quarter/half yearly.

13) Working closely with suppliers & customers to improve operations & reduce cost, providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times & locations are coordinated.

14) Prepare sugar supply & demand every month & plant supply schedule.

15) Possessing creative problem solving & analytical skills, an ability to handle pressure arising from having to meet deadlines & targets, able to evaluate complex situations & find solutions for them.
