Organization A manufacturing company with products for Dental Market, founded 28 years ago. They have an array of products used in Dental procedures making it one of the largest companies in the Indian Dental industry.
Role
We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to make a significant impact on our digital presence and engagement across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  2. Create compelling and creative content, including text, images, and video, aligned with brand voice and target audience preferences.
  3. Manage social media accounts by scheduling and publishing content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments/messages promptly.
  4. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to optimize content strategy and leverage emerging platforms or features.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals, campaigns, and promotions.
  6. Analyze social media metrics and performance, prepare reports, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  7. Engage with influencers and manage partnerships to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  8. Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, tools, and trends to drive innovation and maximize the impact of social media efforts.
  9. Support in the creation of social media advertising campaigns and monitor their performance to ensure effective ROI.
  10. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Candidate:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. Proven experience (at least 2-3 years) in social media management, preferably in Healthcare / Medical / similar ind.
  3. Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms to track performance metrics.
  4. Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their audience, and best practices for content optimization.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creating engaging and persuasive content.
  6. Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
  7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  8. Ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Knowledge of social media advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager) is a plus.
  10. A portfolio or examples showcasing successful social media campaigns or content creation is highly desirable.
