Role Summary:

  • Run lead generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive qualified leads and optimize CPL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google & Meta.

  • Optimize CPL and conversions through data-driven insights.

  • Manage budgets, targeting, creatives, and tracking.

  • Collaborate with sales and central marketing teams for aligned outcomes.

Qualification:

  • 6–10 years of hands-on experience in Real Estate performance marketing.

  • Expertise in Google Ads Manager & Meta Business Suite.

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and optimisation skills.

    • Expertise to handle Minimum 2 Cr monthly budget.
