Job Title: Sr. Manager - Billing & Contracts

Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager - Billing & Contracts to oversee billing operations and manage contract agreements within the real estate residential sector. This role requires an individual with extensive experience in civil engineering and proficiency in project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Billing Management: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for residential construction projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contract terms.
  • Contract Administration: Develop and negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring they align with company standards and legislative requirements.
  • Project Budget Preparation and Cost Controls: Budget Preparation andImplement financial control measures to monitor project costs and ensure spending aligns with project budgets and forecasts.
  • Dispute Resolution: Resolve billing and contract disputes, working closely with project managers, clients, and legal teams to facilitate satisfactory outcomes.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in contract terms, billing practices, or project progression and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, MS-Office, ERP etc.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 10-15 years of experience in billing and contract management within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, splitting time between the office and project sites as necessary.
