Department: Human Resources
Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, and performance management. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure smooth HR operations while aligning with the company's goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels.
- Manage onboarding and induction process for new hires.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Maintain a healthy and positive work culture.
3. HR Operations:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, experience, etc.).
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and prepare monthly HR reports.
4. Payroll & Compliance Support:
- Assist in processing payroll and maintaining salary records.
- Coordinate with finance for timely disbursal of salaries.
5. Performance Management:
- Assist in performance appraisal process.
- Track employee performance and share feedback reports.
- Support in training and development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in HR functions (freshers with internships may also apply).
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
