Job Description

N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research (NLDIMSR) is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Junior Placement Executives to support corporate relations and student placement activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard corporates across multiple industry sectors for student placements and internships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and corporate stakeholders
  • Coordinate placement processes between students, faculty, and corporate partners
  • Represent the Institute at corporate meetings, networking events, and placement drives
  • Maintain and update corporate databases and placement records
  • Travel to metro cities for corporate outreach and client meetings

Candidate Profile

  • Age: 23 30 years
  • Experience: 2–3 years in placements, corporate relations, or client interfacing roles
  • Education: MBA in Marketing (preferred)
  • Experience in B-School placements or education sector will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
