Role Description

SKETO INFOTECH is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator to support both our Training and Placement processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with students, assisting trainers, and being involved in placement-related activities that have a genuine impact on learners.


You will be an important link between students, trainers, and hiring partners, ensuring sessions run smoothly and learners receive consistent support.


Placement Assistance:

• Assist trainers during online and offline classes

• Help students with basic doubts, class access, assignments, and submissions

• Manage attendance, schedules, and batch updates

• Share class links, reminders, and study materials on time

• Ensure smooth execution of daily sessions


Placement Co-ordination

• Support students with resume building and LinkedIn optimization

• Guide learners with interview preparation

• Coordinate placement drives and assist with student shortlisting

• Share job updates, follow-ups, and ensure timely communication

• Maintain placement trackers and records

• Assist with outreach calls to companies for hiring opportunities and follow-ups


Requirments:

• Good communication and people-handling skills

• Basic understanding of IT or Data Science, or willingness to learn

• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask

• Responsible, student-friendly, and proactive

• Comfortable using Google Sheets, MS Office, and WhatsApp for communication

• Confidence in making outreach and follow-up calls
