About the Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a creative and energetic Reel Creator who has a passion for short-form video. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being both behind and in front of the camera, whether it's working with a DSLR, a smartphone, or exploring the latest AI-powered tools. If you have a knack for catching trends early, know how to create content that grabs attention, and can fuse creativity with AI innovation — we'd love to have you on our team.

What You'll Do

  • Produce engaging reels and short videos that align with our social media strategy.
  • Develop scripts, brainstorm ideas, and integrate AI-generated effects, visuals, or voiceovers when suitable.
  • Build connections with influencers, creators, and communities in the AI-content space.
  • Keep an eye on emerging trends across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Take ownership of the full cycle — from acting and filming to editing — while smartly using AI tools to enhance productivity.
  • Explore innovative ways of storytelling by combining traditional shooting with AI-driven creativity.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in creating reels or short videos that achieved high engagement or went viral.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other leading platforms.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, InShot, or VN.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Pika, or Kaiber.
  • Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.
  • A proactive, fast-moving mindset with the ability to adapt in a trend-driven environment.

Nice to Have

  • A personal social media presence with 1,000+ followers.
  • Experience blending AI techniques with traditional content creation to deliver unique and engaging results.
