Role Overview

As a Content Creator, you will be the voice and storyteller behind our brand. You'll craft engaging, platform-first content that resonates with audiences, keeps up with cultural trends, and strengthens brand presence across digital channels. From videos and reels to posts, blogs, and memes, you'll ideate, produce, and publish content that sparks conversations and drives impact.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development

  • Ideate and produce scroll-stopping content for social media, websites, and campaigns.
  • Write, edit, and adapt content for multiple formats (videos, blogs, memes, scripts, captions).
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, culturally relevant, and aligned with campaign objectives.

Trend Spotting & Storytelling

  • Stay on top of digital trends, pop culture, and audience behavior to inspire fresh content ideas.
  • Experiment with creative storytelling formats tailored for each platform.

Collaboration

  • Work with designers, videographers, and strategists to bring ideas to life.
  • Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to ensure content amplifies campaign goals.

Optimization & Distribution

  • Publish and manage content across social platforms.
  • Track performance metrics and adapt strategies for better reach and engagement.

Skills & Requirements

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Ability to create platform-native content (short-form video, memes, carousels).

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
  • Photography or videography skills.
  • Comfort with analytics dashboards (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, etc.).
