REEL CREATOR

We are looking for a charismatic and dynamic person who has worked as a Reel creator and has experience creating engaging, high-performing reels. The candidate should be comfortable creating content using DSLR, phones, tripods, lapel mics, and AI-powered creative tools. Being in front of the camera should be a natural instinct.

The candidate must have an in-depth understanding of how social media platforms work, know how to spot trends before they explode, and have an arsenal of hacks up their sleeve � both traditional and AI-driven � to tackle any creative challenge.

Most importantly, the candidate must be on top of all social media updates, trends, and AI advancements that constantly evolve.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative content in line with the social media strategy & content architecture (reels and short video formats).
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers, thought leaders, and AI content communities.
  • Develop content ideas, write scripts, and curate content � including AI-generated ideas, effects, or voiceovers when relevant.
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to content creation using both hands-on shooting and AI-assisted storytelling.
  • Be comfortable on camera and innovative with your content � blending human creativity with AI capabilities.
  • Act, Shoot, Edit � and know when AI can help speed up or enhance the process.
Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
  • Good knowledge of social media KPIs and how AI tools can assist in optimizing them.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content tools (e.g., ChatGPT for ideation, Midjourney/DALL�E for visuals, Runway for video editing, or similar).
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extremely agile in execution & quick on their feet with content creation � manual or AI-assisted.
