We're now looking for a Content Creator who can bring our story to life across social media, digital platforms, and campaigns — someone who can turn logistics into lifestyle and make courier shipping sound cool, smart, and scroll-stopping.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content (videos, reels, carousels, blogs, scripts, etc.) aligned with Xtramiles' tone and goals.

Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Conceptualize creative campaigns to promote services like Self Network, Express, and Postal courier.

Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams to simplify technical topics into relatable content.

Stay updated with social trends, memes, and formats to keep content fresh and relevant.

Write catchy captions, hooks, and headlines that resonate with both B2B and D2C audiences.

Track engagement metrics and recommend content improvements based on

insights.

Requirements:

0-1 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (internship experience counts).

Strong understanding of short-form video trends and storytelling.

Basic video editing skills (Reels, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.) preferred.

Excellent command over English + conversational Hindi for mixed-language content.

Creativity, consistency, and confidence to experiment with bold ideas.

A sense of humor and ability to make "boring" topics fun and relatable (big plus).
