Role Overview

You will appear on camera, host videos, create engaging short-form and long-form content, and bring a relatable, human voice to our brand. From explainer videos to reels, trends, storytelling posts, webinars and thought-leadership content — you will help give Learnyst a strong personality online.

This is a creator-first role. If you love being on camera, can talk smoothly, and know how to make educational content fun, this is for you.

Roles & Responsibilities

On-Camera Content Creation

  • Be the
    on-screen face
    for Reels, Shorts, explainers, behind-the-scenes, webinars and casual creator-style videos.
  • Deliver scripts with confidence, clarity, energy, and personality.
  • Host walkthroughs, webinars, bite-sized educational videos, and conversational content.
  • Convert product info into simple, engaging, fun creator-style explanations.

Instagram-Led Content Strategy

  • Create
    Instagram-native content
    — reels, short tips, trending sound videos, POVs, mini-vlogs, and aesthetic stories.
  • Track trends (sounds, templates, transitions, captions, memes) and adapt them quickly.
  • Write strong hooks and crisp scripts optimized for retention.
  • Make content fast, clean, aesthetic, and scroll-stopping.

Ideation and Creative Execution

  • Brainstorm content ideas aligned with campaigns, product updates, and trends.
  • Turn complex topics into fun, punchy, clear videos.
  • Collaborate with design/marketing teams on concepts and visuals.
  • Maintain a
    weekly content calendar
    and plan execution.

Production

  • Shoot high-quality creator-style videos using phone/camera (studio available: mic, lights, camera).
  • Direct your own shots — framing, timing, delivery.
  • Work with our in-house video editor to shape final videos.

Brand Voice & Community

  • Maintain a friendly, professional, human on-camera personality.
  • Reply to comments, engage with viewers, and help build a creator-style community.
  • Share creative ideas across marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Confident speaking on camera with strong delivery.
  • Understanding of Instagram reels, edits, transitions, retention tactics, and trends.
  • Ability to script and shoot videos independently.
  • Comfortable simplifying information and telling stories.
  • Past personal/brand page examples where you speak on camera.

(No strict experience requirement- creativity and screen presence matter most.)

Bonus Points

  • Strong aesthetic sense: framing, lighting, vibe.
  • Experience running your own social media page.
  • Ability to use humor, storytelling, POVs, and expressive delivery.
