Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Executive . The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the IT industry, and be capable of managing administrative support tasks, documentation, logistics, event planning, and more. This role is crucial to ensure the smooth coordination between various internal departments and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Log Management:

Maintain and update client support logs and coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Event Coordination:

Plan and organize internal and external company events, conferences, and workshops.

Presentations & Proposals:

Assist in preparing professional presentations and proposals for clients and internal meetings.

Travel & Tour Organization:

Manage travel bookings, itineraries, accommodations, and logistical support for employees and management.

Contract & Purchase Order (PO) Management:

Maintain records of contracts and POs, follow up with vendors/clients, and ensure compliance with procurement processes.

Social Media Handling:

Support in scheduling and posting content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) as per company guidelines.

Office Administration & Support:

Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks such as:

Business card and ID card printing

Vendor coordination

Inventory of office supplies

Other operational back-office responsibilities

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role; experience in an IT/software company preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva) and familiarity with online collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Basic knowledge of social media tools/platforms is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
