  • Monitor and control company expenses, cost optimization, and profitability analysis.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Lead, guide, and supervise the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaise with banks, vendors, and government authorities for financial matters.
  • Support management in strategic decision-making with financial insights and MIS reports.
