Role & Responsibilities
The Guest Relationship Executive is responsible for ensuring excellent guest service by warmly welcoming guests, addressing their needs, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and creating a positive and memorable experience.
The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Maintain professional, courteous, and friendly interactions at all times.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Handle guest complaints tactfully, providing solutions and escalating when necessary.
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, F&B, reservations, etc.) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences.
Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Prior experience in customer service, front office, or guest relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-first attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Multilingual skills are an added advantage.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
