Greetings

We are looking for a Formulation R&D (FRD) Injectables professional to join our R&D team a leading Pharmaceutical company based at Chennai location.. The role involves developing and optimizing injectable formulations in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of sterile injectable formulations (lyophilized / liquid).
  • Conducting pre-formulation and formulation studies.
  • Scaling up injectable products from lab to pilot/commercial scale.
  • Preparation and review of technical documents (protocols, reports, batch records).
  • Ensuring compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements (USFDA, EMA, etc.).
  • Coordination with cross-functional teams (Analytical, RA, Production).

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • B.pharm / M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics)
  • 8 - 14 years of experience in Injectable Formulation Development.
  • Hands-on experience in sterile product development, lyophilization, and technology transfer.
  • Good knowledge of regulatory guidelines (USFDA/EMA/MHRA).
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
