Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for Executive and Senior Executive positions. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, ensuring high-quality service delivery, addressing and resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of communications. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, monitoring key performance indicators, and utilizing technology tools to enhance customer experience. Executives will also follow standard operating procedures and contribute to the development of process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet performance metrics
  • Team collaboration skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in customer service, operations, or a similar role
  • Working knowledge of digital tools and basic technical aptitude
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus
