  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend training or coaching.
  1. Planning & Coordination
  • Plan team schedules and allocate tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects or assigned work.
  1. Communication
  • Serve as the primary link between management and the team.
  • Communicate company policies, updates, and objectives effectively.
  • Resolve conflicts or issues within the team promptly.
  1. Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
  • Track attendance, productivity, and task completion.
  • Share feedback and improvement suggestions with management.
  1. Team Development
  • Promote teamwork, cooperation, and a positive work culture.
  • Recognize and reward good performance.
  • Encourage innovation and participation in problem-solving.
  • Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
