Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors/suppliers from the construction/real estate domain.
  • Coordinate with project/site teams to ensure timely material availability.
  • Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and procurement reports.
  • Monitor supplier performance, inventory levels, and implement cost optimization.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Experience in construction or real estate procurement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of relevant procurement experience.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
