Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Pune. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles. Daily tasks include posting job openings, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, coordinating with department managers, and managing the overall recruitment process. The Recruiter will also help in developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Knowledge in job posting and application review
- Skills in coordinating with department managers and managing the recruitment process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the tech or healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
