Job Description:

Functional Competencies:

• Oversees all aspects of export logistics, including coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with international regulations.


• Develops and implements strategies to optimize export processes, minimize costs, and improve efficiency.


• Liaises with freight forwarders, carriers, customs agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transportation of goods.

. Manages export documentation, including preparing invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other required paperwork.

Ensures compliance with export regulations and trade compliance laws, including export controls, sanctions, and customs requirements.


• Monitors shipment status, resolves any issues or delays, and communicates updates to relevant parties. Manages relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Analyzes logistics data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.


• Provides guidance and support to team members, ensuring proper training and development to maintain high standards of performance.


• Collaborates with internal departments, such as sales, procurement, and finance, to coordinate export activities and achieve business objectives.
