Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Write clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Engineering teams.
  • Represent customer needs and align with business goals.
  • Perform use case analysis and create low-fidelity wireframes.
  • Accept user stories upon successful demo and testing.
  • Contribute to KPIs, sprint reviews, and backlog grooming.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to define product features and improvements.

Must-Have Skills

  • US Healthcare and EHR experience
    (non-negotiable).
  • Agile/Scrum expertise with strong user story writing skills.
  • Experience with UML diagrams, wireframes, and workflow design.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinking with problem-solving approach.
  • Tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro (good to have), Prompt Engineering (bonus).
