Job Description – Product Owner (Greenway / RCM Domain)

Position: Product Owner

Experince - 5+

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – once a week office)

Employment Type: Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Practice Management systems, preferably within the Greenway Health ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality products that improve healthcare workflows, enhance revenue cycle processes, and drive value for providers and patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Greenway-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and engineering teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
  • Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business needs.
  • Ensure product features address RCM workflows including Insurance & Eligibility, Claims, and Billing.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize practice management processes.
  • Conduct backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities in line with agile best practices.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and ensure alignment of product releases with compliance, usability, and business goals.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in healthcare technology.
  • Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Practice Management systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Greenway Health solutions (Greenway Insights, Clearinghouse Services, Validation Engine preferred).
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies with proven experience in backlog management and sprint planning.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision making.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with EHR/EMR platforms and integrations.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT, HL7, FHIR standards.
  • Certifications in CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or Agile frameworks.
