Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead product initiatives, conceptualize, and define feature priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional, globally distributed teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of product conceptualization, requirement analysis, and stakeholder management. A strong understanding of the automotive and/or consumer durables industry is desirable, particularly in the aftersales domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive product feature conceptualization from ideation and proposal to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Prioritize features and define acceptance criteria in collaboration with the Business Team.
  • Perform reverse engineering of existing solutions to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with geographically distributed teams (engineering, design, QA, business stakeholders) to deliver high-quality product increments.
  • Facilitate product discussions, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions using Jira and Confluence.
  • Ensure timely and consistent delivery by maintaining transparent communication channels across all stakeholders.
  • Provide clear product vision and direction to teams, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals.
  • Leverage domain expertise in aftersales processes (automotive/consumer durables) to create impactful solutions.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of relevant professional experience in Product Ownership / Product Management.

  • Strong hands-on experience in:

  • Product conceptualization & feature prioritization

  • Reverse engineering and gap analysis

  • Jira & Confluence tools

  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams.

  • Automotive industry experience highly desirable; aftersales/consumer durables experience is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, drive consensus, and maintain persistence in achieving outcomes.
