  • 3-6 years of professional experience, with at least 2+ years as a Product Owner/Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Hands-on experience in building or managing NLP/AI-driven products (chatbots, conversational AI, knowledge assistants, text analytics, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of NLP concepts such as entity recognition, sentiment analysis, embeddings, and generative AI.
  • Proven ability to write clear, structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional Agile squads (engineering, data science, QA, design).
  • Basic technical background (ability to read API specs, SQL queries, or ML pipeline workflows).

  • Scrum Product Owner Certification (CSPO, PSPO) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar).

  • Define, own, and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for NLP-based products.
  • Build and maintain the product backlog, ensuring features are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
  • Work closely with Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, and Software Engineers to refine requirements for NLP use cases (e.g., text classification, chatbots, sentiment analysis, entity extraction).
  • Translate complex NLP/AI concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders and client teams.
  • Act as the main point of contact for requirements clarification during sprints.
  • Ensure delivered increments meet acceptance criteria and add business value.
  • Continuously gather feedback from end users and stakeholders to evolve the product.
  • Stay up to date with emerging NLP trends and tools (transformer models, embeddings, LLMs, vector databases, etc.) to bring innovation into the product strategy.
