Job Title: Operations Executive – Travel Agency

Location: Hadapsar, Pune

Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to manage day-to-day operations for our travel agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in travel operations, vendor coordination, and client relationship management, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily travel operations including bookings, itineraries, and client queries.

  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour partners to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Handle B2B and B2C inquiries.

  • Prepare customized travel packages and quotes for clients.

  • Manage post-sales support and customer satisfaction.

  • Optimize operational processes for better efficiency and client experience.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in travel operations, ticketing.

  • Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with domestic and international destinations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality.

  • Experience working with a travel agency or DMC.

  • Proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools.
