Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales, and providing excellent service. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, showcasing jewelry collections, and recommending suitable products. The role also involves achieving sales targets, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the development of sales strategies. Being a brand ambassador, the Sales Executive will ensure that each customer enjoys a memorable and personalized shopping experience. This job is only for Girls whose have 2 - 4 years Experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Sales and negotiation skills to achieve and exceed targets
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Knowledge of the retail or jewelry industry is preferred
- Proficiency in using sales software or CRM tools is an advantage
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
