Job Description:

Job Title
– Relationship Manager

About the Role

Responsible for selling properties to the prospective customers.

Responsibilities
:

  • Need to touch base Prospect clients over the calls in a day.
  • Getting client visits done on weekends mandatorily and Closing deals to generate revenue for the company.
  • Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.

Qualifications
:

  • Proven Minimum Experience in Real Estate – 6 months or more.
  • Qualification – Graduate.
  • Two-wheeler is compulsory.

Required Skills
:

  • Honesty and integrity
  • Knowledge of real estate
  • Communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with the location

Field sales is involved.

Saturday & Sunday are compulsory working days. Week off will be provided on 1 week day.

Prospect Leads will be provided by the Company.

Fixed Salary + Incentives
