Job Description:
Job Title
– Relationship Manager
About the Role
Responsible for selling properties to the prospective customers.
Responsibilities
:
- Need to touch base Prospect clients over the calls in a day.
- Getting client visits done on weekends mandatorily and Closing deals to generate revenue for the company.
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Qualifications
:
- Proven Minimum Experience in Real Estate – 6 months or more.
- Qualification – Graduate.
- Two-wheeler is compulsory.
Required Skills
:
- Honesty and integrity
- Knowledge of real estate
- Communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Familiarity with the location
Field sales is involved.
Saturday & Sunday are compulsory working days. Week off will be provided on 1 week day.
Prospect Leads will be provided by the Company.
