We're Hiring: Operations Manager

CTC: Up to ₹15,000 per month (Based on interview performance)

Location: Sakchi, Jamshedpur (Local candidates preferred)

Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office)

Qualifications:

MBA (preferred in Operations, Administration, or Education Management).

Freshers with strong organizational and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Role: Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to oversee our operational activities and serve as the key link between students and instructors. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination, efficient workflows, and an excellent learning experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily communication between students and instructors.
  • Address and resolve student queries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Monitor class schedules, attendance, and training progress.
  • Assist in planning and executing training sessions and operational processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of student data, feedback, and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and the overall learning experience.
