We are a boutique resort with 10 rooms, a restaurant, and a conference hall. We aim to provide guests with premium hospitality, great food, and memorable experiences.

Role Description
We are looking for a Resort Manager (Operations & F&B) who will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort (rooms, restaurant, and conference hall).
- Ensuring smooth guest experiences and high service standards.
- Driving customer sales, repeat business, and retention.
- Leading and motivating the resort staff team.
- Updating and monitoring daily sales and operational reports.
- Working with the kitchen team to develop and introduce new food items for the menu.
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues quickly.
Key Responsibility
- Supervise restaurant operations, including food quality, service, and hygiene.
- Oversee room operations: housekeeping, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
- Create and execute strategies to increase sales & occupancy.
- Manage reservations and conference hall bookings.
- Maintain inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Train, schedule, and manage staff performance.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and operations reports to management.
- Coordinate with management for marketing, events, and promotions.
Qualification & Skills
- Graduate in Hospitality / Hotel Management (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in hotel, resort, or restaurant management.
- Preferred: Prior experience in tier-2 cities or properties in/around Jamshedpur.
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
- Knowledge of F&B operations and guest services.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and MS Excel
