The Role

As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts. Responsibilities

Assist in managing and optimizing Digital Marketing campaigns across various channels including Meta, Google.

Help analyze campaign performance data and create regular performance reports

Support A/B testing initiatives across various digital channels

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

Collaborate with the content & design teams to ensure marketing assets align with campaign objectives

Track and monitor key performance metrics using analytics tools

Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Strong interest in digital marketing, with basic understanding of key performance marketing concepts

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager & Google adwords and basic campaign setup

Understanding of audience targeting and campaign structures

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

Strong written and verbal communication skills
