Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Agra. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting sales presentations, providing training and support to clients, and working closely with the sales management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience and ability to achieve targets
- Experience in Training and supporting clients
- Sales Management and strategy development skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
