Job Title:Sales Territory Development SpecialistJob Description:The Sales Territory Development Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth across various retail outlets within a designated territory. Key objectives include meeting assigned sales targets, ensuring product availability, and maintaining high standards of freshness.Key Responsibilities:Increase distribution and volume through strategic account management.Monitor and rotate stock to maintain product freshness standards.Collaborate with distributors to ensure timely orders and product receipt.Activate and guide incremental distribution, brand visibility, and product displays.Attend regular sales meetings and engage daily with managers to discuss sales opportunities and challenges.Fulfill established performance objectives set by the Sales Supervisor or Area Manager.Make informed decisions regarding retail inventory levels using historical sales data and market insights.Requirements:The ideal candidate will possess an MBA with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales or a related field.Essential Skills:Strong understanding of the market, customers, and information channels.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to distill valuable insights.A focused, detailed, and disciplined approach to tasks.Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders (Internal & External).Willingness to relocate for business requirements across regions.
