By providing top-notch application support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions and the Power Platform ecosystem, they drive seamless system operations and timely incident resolution.Expertise in troubleshooting issues related to Dynamics 365 CE modules, encompassing Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.Prominent support and maintenance of Power Platform solutions including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and Dataverse.Skillful configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 CE, incorporating plugins, JavaScripts, Web Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.Strategic management and coordination of system upgrades, Wave updates, and patch deployments, ensuring operational continuity and minimal disruption.Lifelong Solution lifecycle management (DevOps, ALM).As an escalation point, serving a subset of our customers while collaborating with the wider team.Advocate for best practices across the team.Collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications or change requests.Key SkillsProficiency in:Microsoft Dynamics 365Power PlatformPower AutomatePower BIAzure FunctionsService BusBenefitsThis role offers opportunities for growth and professional development within a dynamic environment.
