Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential corporate partners and expanding existing partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all corporate clients, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions to their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure timely delivery of services to corporate clients.
  • Negotiate and close corporate contracts, including pricing, service agreements, and terms.
  • Conduct regular meetings and reviews with corporate clients to assess their needs, gather feedback, and improve services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to corporate stakeholders, showcasing services and solutions tailored to their business.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase corporate partnerships and client retention.
  • Track and report on corporate relations performance, providing insights to management regarding trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, events, or campaigns aimed at corporate clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and corporate client needs to effectively position the company's offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate relations, business development, or sales, preferably in a healthcare, services, or B2B environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand clients' needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive with a strong work ethic.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
