About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and execution. You'll be responsible for developing and managing content, growing our online community, and driving engagement across all social platforms. This role combines strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to strengthen our brand presence and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, video, and stories) for all major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube).
  • Manage day-to-day community interactions, responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and optimize content based on insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency across channels.
  • Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand at the forefront of digital engagement.
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships, paid campaigns, and collaborations when relevant.
  • Monitor and manage online reputation and brand sentiment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
  • Proven track record of growing and engaging social audiences.
  • Strong understanding of each platform's algorithms, analytics tools, and advertising capabilities.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, Buffer).
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a sense of brand voice.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
