Job Title Social Media Manager Location Satara Employment Type Full-time Department Marketing Communications About the Role We are looking for a creative strategic and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that grow our online presence engage our audience and strengthen our brand across all platforms Key Responsibilities Develop implement and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals Create curate and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms Facebook Instagram LinkedIn TikTok X Twitter etc Manage social media calendars and ensure content consistency in tone style and quality Monitor analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools Stay up-to-date with the latest trends platform updates and best practices in social media marketing Engage with followers respond to comments messages and foster an active online community Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop campaigns ads and visual content Manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms Track competitor activities and identify opportunities for growth Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field preferred Proven experience 2 years as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role Strong understanding of social media platforms algorithms and analytics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite Hootsuite Buffer Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Ability to work independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred Skills Experience with influencer partnerships and collaborations Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign optimization Basic photography or video editing skills Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
