Pantry 2nd Comi

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pantry 2nd Comi to join our team at SHRI SAI HOSPITALITY. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage pantry operations to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless food production and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene in the pantry area.
• Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pantry 2nd Comi or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
