Sales Support:

● Assist Sales Executives with day-to-day tasks and activities.

● Follow up on sales leads and customer queries.

● Manage customer KYC processes and ensure compliance.

Customer Interaction:

● Call customers and write professional emails to engage and address their needs.

● Help with registration, banking, trading, and related client onboarding procedures.

CRM Management:

● Maintain accurate records in BITRIX CRM software.

● Log all customer interactions, meetings, and activities for seamless coordination.

Event Support:

● Plan, target, and invite customers to webinars/seminars.

● Prepare and deliver impactful presentations.

● Track attendance and follow up with registered customers.

Website & Software Testing:

● Test websites, software, and back-office systems for bugs.

● Work with developers to resolve issues and implement new versions.

Client & Investor Support:

● Address customer queries promptly and send fee collection reminders.

● Track advisory opportunities and improve client services (e.g., reports and performance updates).

Research & Innovation:

● Conduct research for new product development and data insights.

● Identify and implement improvements in client services.

Outside Visits:

● Meet customers at their locations to complete registrations and other formalities.

● Maintain detailed records of all visits and activities conducted outside.

Team Coordination:

● Attend team meetings, webinars, and training programs on time.

● Document and track all meetings, training sessions, and outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
