**Job Title: ERP Support Executive - Accounts**

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

We are hiring an **ERP Support Executive** to assist our **Accounts department** in managing ERP operations, troubleshooting user issues, and coordinating with internal teams. The role also involves **scheduling meetings** between users and the IT/ERP team when system-related issues arise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **day-to-day ERP support** to the accounts team.
- Act as a **liaison between accounts and ERP/IT team** for issue resolution.
- **Schedule and coordinate meetings** with the ERP team in case of recurring system issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate **data entry, report generation**, and system updates.
- Help train users in **ERP modules** related to accounting.
- Assist with **data verification and reconciliation** using the ERP system.
- Monitor access rights and ensure data security compliance.
- Support audit and compliance with **ERP-based reports** and records.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of **accounting concepts**:

- Familiarity with **ERP systems** (e.g. Tally, SAP, Zoho, etc.)
- Strong coordination and **communication skills**:

- Good in **MS Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Ability to handle basic troubleshooting and **user support**

**Eligibility**:

- Education**:B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance)**:

- Experience**:1-3 years** in ERP/account support roles
