**Job Summary:

**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Handle daily banking transactions including payments, receipts, and transfers.
- Perform **Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)** on a regular basis.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate records of fund movements.
- Assist in managing **LCs (Letters of Credit), BGs (Bank Guarantees)**, and other banking instruments.
- Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and ensure timely settlements.
- Coordinate with banks for queries, fund transfers, and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain and update daily bank balances and prepare cash/fund flow statements.
- Support statutory compliance by ensuring proper documentation of banking transactions.
- Assist in audits by providing required bank-related records.

**Qualifications & Skills:

- **
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- 1-3 years of experience in banking-related accounting or finance operations.
- Strong knowledge of **Bank Reconciliation, Fund Flow, and Payment Processes**.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or ERP).
- Good understanding of **banking procedures, LC/BG handling, and compliance**.
