**Job Description : ERP Support Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding business process & software which is going to be implemented.
- Able to give effective demonstration and training of product.
- Communicate effectively and professionally.
- Efficiently gather complete information to access and fulfill customer needs.
- Should have basic computer knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Should have minimum 2 years of experience in any of the ERP Support role
- Should have the ability to communicate and work as a team player.
- Willing to travel for work.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client queries and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients.
- Driving quality, testing, and delivery methodology process to ensure a successful transition and client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rajkot, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
