**Role and Responsibilities**:
Job Summary : The ERP Executive is responsible for managing and analyzing data to provide actionable insights to management. This role involves maintaining the organization’s databases, generating reports, and ensuring data accuracy and security. The ERP Executive plays a crucial role in providing timely and relevant information with Control checkpoints.

Job Description:
⮚ Feed or Data Entry Work in various sources (Odoo / ERP) - Creditors, Debtors Master Data, Payment entries, Production related Master data, Stock Statements etc.

⮚ Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources (Odoo/ERP) within the organization.

⮚ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management and other departments.

⮚ Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can support decision-making.

⮚ Maintain and update the organization’s ERP systems and databases.

⮚ Ensure data integrity and accuracy by regularly updating and cleaning databases.

⮚ Identify opportunities for improving ERP systems and processes.

⮚ Train employees on the use of ERP tools and best practices in data management.

⮚ Liaise with various departments to understand their data requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

⮚ Implement processes to improve data quality and reduce errors.

⮚ Regularly audit data for consistency, accuracy, and completeness.

Key Result Areas (KRA):

- Job timing:09:00 A.M to 06:00 P.M
- Location: Shapar

Week Off
- Wednesday

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
