**TITLE: SALES EXECUTIVE**
- JOB SUMMARY: WE'RE SEEKING ASALES EXECUTIVE IN RETAIL JEWELLERS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DRIVING SALES AND PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE ROLE INVOLVES ENGAGING WITH CUSTOMERS, UNDERSTANDING THEIR NEEDS, AND OFFERING PERSONALIZED RECOMMENDATIONS FOR JEWELLERY PIECES. _
- THE SALES EXECUTIVE MUST HAVE A STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF JEWELLERY PRODUCTS, MATERIALS, AND TRENDS TO EFFECTIVELY DEMONSTRATE AND PROMOTE ITEMS. _

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- GREET AND ASSIST CUSTOMERS IN A FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
- UNDERSTAND CUSTOMERS' NEEDS AND PREFERENCES TO PROVIDE PERSONALIZED PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS.
- INFORM CUSTOMERS ABOUT PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND NEW ARRIVALS.
- HANDLE CASH, CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS, AND ENSURE PROPER INVOICING.
- STAY UPDATED ON INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENTS AND NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES.
- ENSURE PROPER DISPLAY AND ORGANIZATION OF JEWELLERY ITEMS IN THE STORE.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO ENCOURAGE REPEAT BUSINESS.
- PREPARE AND SUBMIT SALES REPORTS AND OTHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION.

**QUALIFICATION**:

- MINIMUM REQUIREMENT OF EDUCATION IS GRADUATION IN COMMERCE FIELD (B.COM, BBA, BCA, ETC)
- PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE, ESPECIALLY IN THE JEWELLERY OR LUXURY RETAIL SECTOR, IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS ALSO VALUABLE SKILLS:

- STRONG COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
- ABILITY TO BUILD AND MAINTAIN CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS.
- KNOWLEDGE OF JEWELLERY PRODUCTS, MATERIALS, AND TRENDS.
- BASIC MATHEMATICAL SKILLS FOR HANDLING SALES TRANSACTIONS AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT.
- ENTHUSIASM AND PASSION FOR JEWELLERY AND LUXURY GOODS.
- ABILITY TO WORK WELL UNDER PRESSURE AND MEET SALES TARGETS.
- UNDERSTANDING SECURITY PROTOCOLS AND BEING VIGILANT CAN HELP PREVENT THEFT AND ENSURE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT.

**BENEFITS**:

- COMPETITVE SALARY: RS. 15,000 - RS. 30,000 PER MONTH (BASED ON EXPERIENCE)

WORK SCHEDULE:

- DAILY 10:00 A.M. TO 8:00 P.M. (2 PAID LEAVES EVERY MONTH + FESTIVAL HOLIDAYS)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:
