The Role
We're hiring a
Junior Finance Manager
to support SSCG's finance and accounting operations. You'll ensure accuracy in day-to-day bookkeeping, help manage compliance, and provide financial clarity that powers decision-making. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and discipline matter more than titles.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily bookkeeping entries in Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks (as applicable).
- Process invoices, vendor payments, and reimbursements.
- Assist with GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory filings.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and petty cash records.
- Support monthly/quarterly closing and management reports.
- Liaise with external auditors, CA firms, and vendors as needed.
- Maintain orderly records of contracts, invoices, and compliance docs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's in Commerce/Finance or related field.
- 0–2 years of accounting experience (freshers with internships welcome).
- Strong grasp of accounting basics (Journal, Ledger, Trial Balance).
- Familiarity with Indian taxation (GST/TDS) is a plus.
- Comfort with MS Excel/Google Sheets; ability to adapt to accounting software.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
