Deputy Manager - New Car Finance 

Job Purpose 

This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities- Meet and exceed business goals/targets in different products, i.e., Loans & Insurance bundled/non-bundled through lead fulfilment and field activity on existing database.

Required Qualifications and Experience- Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience in direct or channel sales in loans.
- Experience in insurance will be an added advantage.
- Ensure to update status within 24 hours of lead received.
- Ability to recruit FOS through different channels.
- Maintain a pickup percentage as per the metric.
- Maintain FOS productivity as per the metric.
- Excellent team handling and problem-solving ability.
- Strong experience and know-how in data management and MS Office.
- Good team leader to handle the team and achieve the set target.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and must be a self-starter.
