Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Area Manager - Legal, located in Chennai

The Deputy Area Manager will be responsible for handling the team under him, Vetting of legal opinions / Title search reports, providing legal consulting, ensuring legal compliance, and managing legal affairs.

The candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to provide legal advice and support to ensure the company's operations adhere to all legal regulations.

The candidate having prior experience of team management are preferred

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Law and Legal Document Preparation
  • Should be having NBFC exp
  • Experience in Legal Consulting and providing expert legal advice
  • Proven track record in ensuring Legal Compliance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; additional qualifications or certifications in legal areas are a plus
